- Activities

Part 1:

  • Revisit Birmingham Elementary's vision. (We will capture all students hearts and minds.) 5 minutes
  • Brainstorm a list of all technologies our school possesses. This list will include technologies that Millenium Teachers have in their classrooms. 15 minutes
  • Brainstorm possible professional development ideas based on technologies at our campus. Survey all educators at our campus to seek input. (We could open this wiki to all teachers at our school for a collaborated list of technology needs.) 10 minutes for initial brainstorm; feedback from the rest of our staff will be compiled over the next week.

Part 2:

  • Analyze collaborated data and form a plan of action. Plan training based on needs assessment from colleagues from Birmingham Elementary. 30 minutes
  • Schedule training based on staff data. 10 minutes
  • Evaluate progress with a survey for accountability and feedback. 10 minutes
